UniSA Online provides personalised support services over extended hours including on weekends, so that you can get help when you need it. You can choose from a range of contact options including live chat, discussion forums, phone or video conferencing.

Campus Central
- Campus Central are here to support you with all non-academic enquiries throughout your UniSA Accelerate program
- They’ll give advice on accessing appropriate support services and resources and will help schedule appointments for you with specialised services if required

Online Course Facilitators
- The Online Course Facilitator (OCF) oversees the provision of learning across your UniSA Online Degree
- OCFs are highly experienced experts in their discipline area and are responsible for courses across a year level and sometimes a set of courses across a theme or sub-discipline within your Degree
- They also coordinate the day-to-day activities of your UniSA Online Tutors
- If you have any course-related questions and your OCF is online, you can receive prompt feedback; otherwise, you can expect to receive a response as soon as possible and no later than in 24 hours
Online Tutors
- Our Online Tutors specialise in online teaching and will provide highly personalised support tailored to your learning needs.
- If you have a question related to your Course, and your Tutor is online, you can receive prompt feedback; otherwise, you can expect to receive a response as soon as possible, and not later than 24 hours.
- Contact your Online Tutor for academic advice or course-specific queries around Course content, readings and assessment tasks.
Studiosity: additional learning support
- If your Online Tutors are unavailable, another option is to receive after-hours learning support via Studiosity
- This service can also provide you with study advice on academic writing, referencing, maths, science, economics, statistics and more

USASA: Free Academic Advocacy Service
- The USASA Advocacy service provides advice on a wide range of academic concerns
- The Advocacy service is free, confidential and independent from the University
- The USASA Advocates can help you pursue your student rights to increase the chances of a positive outcome
- They are experts in academic policies and procedures, and can help you understand what's happening and what you need to do if you are facing academic issues
